In this position, you will deliver high-quality training, tutorials and student support within the Certificate III and Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care. You will facilitate engaging learning experiences, provide academic guidance and consultation, assess student competency and contribute to positive educational outcomes aligned with contemporary industry practices and national training standards.

You will work with a diverse range of learners, supporting them to develop the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to achieve their training and career goals. Along with delivering and assessing training, you will provide timely feedback, maintain accurate records and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Please note this is a casual pool. Your expression of interest will remain valid until 31 December 2026. You will only be contacted if appropriate casual work becomes available whilst your application is active.

Position Requirements

• Current vocational qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care or a related discipline (Certificate, Diploma, Degree or higher).
• TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or a diploma or higher-level qualification in adult or vocational education.
• Current industry experience in Early Childhood Education and Care, with demonstrated knowledge of contemporary practices, legislative requirements and quality standards.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging and effective training and tutorials in face-to-face, online and/or blended learning environments.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills with a student-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.
