Position Summary
KITC is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to support enterprise endpoint management, infrastructure administration, and modernization initiatives within a federal government environment.
This role is responsible for administering Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM), Windows enterprise infrastructure, operating system deployments, application lifecycle management, patch management, endpoint security, and compliance initiatives while collaborating with government stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM).
- Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP environments.
- Perform operating system deployments, application packaging, and software deployments.
- Manage enterprise patching through WSUS and Software Update Point (SUP).
- Support endpoint security, vulnerability remediation, and compliance initiatives.
- Develop PowerShell automation to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams and government stakeholders.
- Maintain technical documentation and support enterprise modernization efforts.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; OR 10+ years of equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of systems administration experience.
- 5+ years administering MECM/SCCM.
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
- Experience with OSD, application packaging, patch management, and endpoint security.
- Experience with NIST and CIS security standards.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Ability to support EST business hours.

- Microsoft Endpoint Administrator (MD-102), or
- Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert (MS-102), or
- Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), or
- CompTIA Security+
