Position Summary

KITC is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to support enterprise endpoint management, infrastructure administration, and modernization initiatives within a federal government environment.

This role is responsible for administering Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM), Windows enterprise infrastructure, operating system deployments, application lifecycle management, patch management, endpoint security, and compliance initiatives while collaborating with government stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM).
  
• Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP environments.
  
• Perform operating system deployments, application packaging, and software deployments.
  
• Manage enterprise patching through WSUS and Software Update Point (SUP).
  
• Support endpoint security, vulnerability remediation, and compliance initiatives.
  
• Develop PowerShell automation to improve operational efficiency.
  
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams and government stakeholders.
  
• Maintain technical documentation and support enterprise modernization efforts.
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; OR 10+ years of equivalent experience.
  
• 10+ years of systems administration experience.
  
• 5+ years administering MECM/SCCM.
  
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
  
• Experience with OSD, application packaging, patch management, and endpoint security.
  
• Experience with NIST and CIS security standards.
  
• U.S. Citizenship required.
  
• Ability to support EST business hours.
  

Required Certifications

• Microsoft Endpoint Administrator (MD-102), or
  
• Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert (MS-102), or
  
• Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), or
  
• CompTIA Security+
