AI Summary
The System Integration Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining secure, scalable web APIs and integration solutions supporting mission-critical business applications. This role focuses primarily on Microsoft Azure technologies, including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Azure Blob Storage, and related cloud services.
The incumbent develops secure RESTful APIs and backend services using C# and .NET, implements modern authentication and authorization solutions, and supports multi-tenant application architectures. The role collaborates closely with application developers, cloud engineers, business stakeholders, and product teams to deliver reliable integrations, modernize legacy interfaces, and support ongoing digital transformation initiatives.
This position may also support emerging AI-enabled solutions through integration with Large Language Model (LLM) APIs, intelligent automation platforms, and Agentic AI applications. Exposure to AI-assisted workflows and modern AI integration patterns is highly desirable.

Experience:
Required
- 5+ years of professional software development experience using C# and .NET.
- 5+ years of experience developing RESTful APIs and integration services.
- 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud technologies.
- Experience designing and supporting secure enterprise applications and web services.
- Experience with enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions and authentication protocols.
- Experience implementing OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), JWT authentication, and role-based access controls.
- Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server and relational databases.
- Experience troubleshooting and supporting production systems.
Preferred
- Experience with Keycloak administration, configuration, and multi-tenant identity management.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Auth0, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, or other IAM platforms.
- Experience building and supporting multi-tenant applications.
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365, ArcGIS, OutSystems, or similar enterprise platforms.
- Experience integrating LLM APIs, AI services, or intelligent automation solutions.
- Exposure to Agentic AI applications, AI assistants, or conversational AI platforms.
- Experience supporting government, healthcare, or other regulated environments.
Certifications:
- API, cloud, or integration platform certifications (such as Azure, MuleSoft, Boomi, Apigee, or similar), preferred
- AI platform, data engineering, or architecture-related certifications, preferred
