System Analyst (Accounting, Core Engineering)

We're looking for a System Analyst to join our Accounting & Core Engineering team. If you understand how transactions become postings, know your way around a General Ledger, and can reverse-engineer a financial system with no documentation - we'd like to meet.

What you'll do:

• Elicit, analyze, and formalize requirements for financial services and systems

• Design logic for accounting processes - GL, postings, fees, products

• Reverse-engineer existing solutions to find gaps and fix them

• Prepare technical specs and task definitions for development teams

• Work with finance, product, and IT stakeholders to align solutions

• Control implementation: participate in testing and acceptance

• Own tasks through to production release.

What we're looking for:

• 2–3+ years as a business or system analyst

• Experience with financial systems or financial processes

• Understanding of accounting principles, GL experience is a strong plus

• Strong system analysis and decomposition skills

• Reverse engineering skills

• Experience working across multiple teams and stakeholders

• English B2 — you'll work with international stakeholders.

Technical skills:

• System architecture and integrations: APIs, queues, data exchange

• Writing technical specs, user stories, documentation

• Working with logs and data for issue analysis.
  

Nice to have:

• Odoo or ERP experience

• Core banking background

• Financial process automation

• DWH / BI exposure

• Event-driven architecture understanding.
