About this position
We are scaling across Europe further! We are looking for a patient, service-driven Support Agent in Albania to join our growing team. This isn't just a call center role; you are the voice of allO and the lifeline for our restaurant partners. You will bridge the gap between our technology and the physical reality of the complexity in restaurant operations, ensuring that every restaurant owner feels supported and heard. Your Profile | What you should bring
  • Language Skills: Super fluent German and acceptable English are mandatory.

  • The Support Mindset: You possess a super patient personality  and a service-driven mentality.

  • Tech Savvy: You have a good understanding of using modern software.

  • Experience: Previous experience in gastronomy is a big plus.

  • Flexibility: Open to shift work. Possibility of working over weekends and public holidays (max 40h per week).

  • Location: You must be based in Albania

Your Responsibilities | What you will do
  • Customer Communication: Support and communicate with our customers (restaurants) via telephone or online chat.

  • Triage & Categorization: Identify the type, urgency, and importance of issues and tag them correctly in our support software.

  • Problem Resolution & Escalation: Resolve issues using available knowledge or escalate to the tech support team with a high-quality summary.

  • Operational Continuity: Follow up on open tasks at the start of each working day and hand over open tasks to colleagues at the end of the day.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our tech support team (available during all working hours) to ensure commercial promises are operationally deliverable.

  • Customer Experience: Ensure lightning-fast, high-quality resolutions to keep restaurant operations running smoothly.
