Job Opportunity: Supply Chain Value Engineering – Senior Director

Location: Europe (flexible)

Role Overview:
The Supply Chain Value Engineering Senior Director is a strategic leadership role responsible for delivering high-impact, measurable business outcomes across complex supply chain environments. This role combines deep supply chain expertise, value engineering methodology, and advanced AI-driven solutioning to transform client challenges into scalable, data-led business value. The role leads end-to-end engagements and partners with the AI Lab to scale innovative supply chain solutions.

• Ability to lead cross-functional and international teams

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic value engineering and transformation initiatives across supply chain functions
• Own end-to-end engagement delivery from problem structuring to execution and value realisation
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
• Partner with the AI Lab to develop and scale AI-driven supply chain solutions
• Drive business growth through client engagements and go-to-market support

Key Deliverables:
• Measurable business value (cost savings, efficiency gains, revenue impact)
• Successful delivery of complex transformation programmes
• Adoption of AI-enabled supply chain solutions
• Strong client satisfaction and repeat business

Skills & Experience:
• 12–15+ years in supply chain, consulting, or operations
• Proven leadership in large-scale transformation programmes
• Strong stakeholder engagement at executive level
• Deep understanding of supply chain processes
• Experience with value engineering, financial modelling, and analytics
• Exposure to AI and data-driven solutions
