We are currently looking for candidates based in the EMEA or LATAM regions. Please note this is a fully remote role.

  • Ability to create clear, structured documentation (config, testing, process flows)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Clear communication with both functional and technical stakeholders

Required Experience

  • 3–5 years of Workday functional experience
  • Hands-on experience supporting configuration and testing in Learning, Talent, or Performance
  • Experience supporting system implementations, enhancements, or releases
  • Experience documenting business processes and configuration decisions
  • Exposure to global HR environments preferred
