Student Scheduling Coordinator

Overview

Universal Technical Institute is seeking a detail-oriented, student-focused Scheduling Support Advisor to provide scheduling, remote advising, and Student Services support for multiple UTI campuses. This role is key to ensuring student success, strong academic progress, and smooth campus operations.

*This is a remote position, however the employee should preferably reside within the Central Region*

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Manage course scheduling for multiple campuses 
• Provide advising and retention support to students.
• Assist with academic standing, progress monitoring, and reporting.
• Support online learning and Student Services operations.
• Conduct file audits, process enrollment changes, and manage documentation.
• Support career services tasks such as resumes and job board updates.
• Communicate with students regarding attendance, scheduling, and next steps.
• Provide coverage for other schedulers as needed

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Scheduling experience required
• UTI Scheduling experience preferred
• Remote candidates in CST or MDT preferred
• 4 yr degree in related field preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, be a self-motivator and thrive for results
• Ability to work some Saturdays required
