You will drive student awareness, activation, and registrations to our Virtual Internships platform by:
Making Virtual Internships more visible to students at our partner institutions through digital content and on-campus activation.
Enabling partnership managers with high-quality content, collateral, and activation assets.
Building content to increase activation within our partner network and across the student ecosystem.
Creating compelling content that can be distributed across multi-channel campaigns to engage students.
Develop and distribute high-impact digital content and multi-channel campaigns that build VI awareness and leverage social proof.
Collaborate with internal teams to produce punchy copy for emails, landing pages, and in-product nudges.
Track performance metrics to iterate, optimize, or scale content experiments.
Own and grow our presence across Instagram, TikTok, and Reddit through active community management and engagement.
Manage the campus ambassador program, including recruitment, incentive structures, and creative activation briefs.
Drive student reach via collaborative partnerships, UGC, and KOL engagement.
Equip partnership managers with toolkits, collateral, and self-service assets to accelerate student activation at partner institutions.
Identify and deploy both digital and offline campus activation opportunities across the partner network.
You’ll have high ownership and autonomy from day one - your ideas won’t sit in a backlog.
You’ll get to design and run creative, multi-channel student marketing campaigns that reach learners globally.
You’ll have the freedom to experiment, iterate, and move fast, with a team that values action over perfection.
Your work will tie directly to real, measurable outcomes: student engagement, registrations, and partner success.
You’ll build scalable growth engines, from content systems to rep programs to new activation channels.
You'll likely have experience in:
Student Marketing or Campus Marketing
Social Media Marketing or Community Management
Partnerships, Events, or Brand Activation
You'll also bring:
Experience creating engaging content across multiple digital channels
Confidence managing social media communities (Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, or similar)
Creativity combined with strong execution and attention to detail
Ability to collaborate across teams in a remote, fast-paced environment
A genuine passion for understanding and engaging student audiences
Whichever one you are, you'll have:
Fluency in English - no IELTS required, but if you have one, think 7.0+
Remote-First: All roles at VI are currently and will remain remote - flexibility to work from anywhere.
Flexible Working Hours: Start earlier, leave earlier, take a shorter lunch, or leave later, it's totally up to you.
Annual Leave: Wherever you are in the world, you’ll get 25 days of paid annual leave per year, plus bank holidays and 5 sick days.
Life Event Leave: There are moments in life where your life responsibility is a higher priority than work (e.g. moving house, your best friend getting married, your sister having a baby) therefore, you’ll get 5 days of paid life-event leave to support these occasions. You also get a day off on your birthday. This is in addition to your Annual Leave.
