Stream Monitoring Operater

This is a remote position.

We are hiring for a Weekend Stream Monitoring Operator role for an international client in the live sports broadcasting industry. This is a remote position supporting live streaming operations for global sports events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor multiple live sports streams via dashboards
  
• Detect and report issues (stream drops, audio/video quality, etc.)
  
• Follow predefined procedures (runbooks) to resolve issues
  
• Communicate with team and clients via Slack (text only)
  
• Log incidents in the system
  

What you will NOT do:

• No phone calls or direct client calls
  
• No engineering decisions
  
• No work outside provided systems
  

Requirements:

• Strong written English
  
• Comfortable with dashboards / basic technical tools
  
• Detail-oriented and reliable
  
• Availability for weekend shifts
  
• Stable internet connection
  

Nice to have:

• Experience in customer support, NOC, QA, or streaming/broadcast
