The producer will manage and grow a book of personal lines E&S business by building relationships with retail agents. They are responsible for quoting, marketing, and binding accounts while applying underwriting guidelines to ensure profitable growth.

What You’ll Do
Produce and place personal lines E&S business through retail agent relationships
Quote, market, and bind new and renewal accounts
Work directly with agents to structure coverage solutions and win business
Evaluate risk and apply underwriting guidelines
Drive production, retention, and account growth
Manage a fast-moving pipeline with urgency and responsiveness
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Strong sales, brokerage, or production mindset (you like winning business)
Comfortable building relationships with agents and carriers
High sense of urgency and follow-through
Ability to learn underwriting and carrier appetites quickly
Organized, responsive, and results-driven
Prior insurance experience preferred (agency, brokerage, underwriting, or sales)

Compensation
