Job Description

A high-impact role at Allstate Roadside focused on shaping the future of mobility. As part of the Dispatch AI & Automation Team, this position will lead performance strategy, operational innovation, and cross-functional execution for our Autonomous Vehicle (AV) partnerships. The role will drive measurable service improvements, develop scalable new capabilities, and help position Allstate Roadside as a preferred partner in one of the fastest-evolving areas of transportation.
This role leads strategy, innovation, and product development efforts supporting Allstate Roadside Services, with a particular focus on advancing high-impact partnerships. You will combine strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and cross-functional leadership to enhance performance, build new capabilities, and scale innovative solutions across the business.
As a key contributor, you will partner across product, operations, technology, and partner teams to drive continuous improvement, expand service capabilities, and support the future of roadside assistance in an increasingly autonomous and technology-driven mobility ecosystem.

What You'll Do

  • Lead performance management and continuous improvement efforts for AV partnership programs.
  • Define, track, and refine objectives and key results (OKRs) to measure success, drive accountability, and support strategic priorities.
  • Analyze performance against key metrics, service level agreements, and operational goals, identifying trends and recommending targeted improvements.
  • Gather and synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights from providers, partners, customers, and subject matter experts using tools such as GPS analysis, photos, interviews, and operational data.
  • Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations that improve service delivery, operational efficiency, and partner outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to develop and implement new capabilities that support autonomous vehicle partnerships and can scale across the broader business.
  • Partner with product, process, operations, technology, and automation teams to execute innovation initiatives and accelerate delivery.
  • Support AI, automation, and digital transformation efforts within roadside operations, helping identify opportunities to improve experiences and drive efficiency.
  • Use experimentation, pilot programs, and test-and-learn methodologies to validate ideas, reduce risk, and inform scaling decisions.
  • Drive operational innovation and performance strategy initiatives that strengthen Allstate Roadside’s position as a trusted mobility partner.
  • Support the evolution of Allstate Roadside Services capabilities to meet the emerging needs of autonomous vehicle partners and the broader transportation ecosystem.

  • Interest in emerging technologies, autonomous vehicles, AI, automation, and the future of mobility.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, product development, innovation, consulting, process improvement, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements, strategic initiatives, or new capability development preferred.
  • Experience supporting technology-driven products, mobility solutions, AI/automation initiatives, or transportation-related services is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience defining and measuring performance objectives, KPIs, and OKRs.
  • Experience using data analytics to identify opportunities, measure impact, and support decision-making.
  • Familiarity with autonomous vehicle ecosystems, emerging mobility solutions, AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead innovation efforts from concept through implementation and scale.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is 85,000.00 - 145,075.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
