Job DetailsJob Location: St George 410 - St George , UT 84770Position Type: Full TimeRemote Staff Psychologist — Possibilities ABA
We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate licensed psychologist (Counseling or Clinical) for a fully remote position who is energized by working with neurodiverse children, youth, and their families. This is a chance to join a growing practice where your assessments, clinical judgment, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team will make an immediate and lasting difference in the lives of our clients and their families.
About Possibilities ABA
Possibilities ABA is a rapidly expanding practice offering high-quality ABA and specialty counseling services for neurodiverse individuals and their families. Alongside traditional mental health care, we deliver targeted interventions for autism, OCD, and ADHD, and tailor supports that meet the whole child, beyond a diagnosis. We are committed to evidence-based care, thoughtful collaboration, and meaningful work with families.
Primary Role
As Remote Staff Psychologist, your primary responsibility will be to conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, including assessing for autism and ADHD. Because this is a remote position, you will work with a local clinician trained to administer the ADOS-2 in-person, extending your reach as a provider. You will be expected to complete parent developmental and clinical interviews, review all test data, review video recordings of the ADOS-2 as needed, provide feedback to the family, and provide a written report with your findings and recommendations.
We have a team of supportive and collaborative psychologists who are always looking for ways to improve our skills and assessment process. This includes opportunities for CE trainings, sharing report templates, and professional consultation.
Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring the following strengths and experience:
Passion for working with neurodiverse individuals and their families
Proven competence in psychological evaluations, including skilled clinical interviewing, autism-specific assessment (including the ADOS-2 and related measures), and other standard assessment tools
