We are seeking a highly skilled, techno-functional Staff ERP Application Engineer / Architect to serve as the lead solution architect for Lime’s Oracle Fusion Cloud Order-to-Cash and Revenue platform. In this role, you will lead the architecture, design, implementation, and integration of Oracle Fusion Cloud with a specific focus on B2C/B2B Order Management, Subscription Management, Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS), Accounts Receivable, Collections, Financial Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH), and General Ledger.

The ideal candidate will bridge business strategy and system architecture across Lime’s evolving revenue models, including B2C subscriptions and passes, existing accounting flows, and other B2B models. This person should bring strong experience designing scalable Oracle solutions for usage-based billing, deferred revenue, contract modifications, reconciliations, and high-volume accounting integrations in a compliance-driven environment.

This is a remote position with a requirement for candidates to reside in Canada to maintain effective collaboration across teams.

What You'll Do:

• Technical Architecture & Leadership: Act as the principal technical architect for Oracle Fusion Cloud, leading end-to-end implementation and engineering projects while ensuring best practices in configuration, Extensions, and data integrity.

• Core Module Architecture: Design, configure, and optimize end-to-end processes across Oracle Order Management, Subscription Management, Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS), Accounts Receivable, Collections, Financial Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH), and General Ledger, with clear ownership of cross-module architecture and accounting impacts.

• Usage Billing & Event Model Design: Define and govern the transaction architecture for usage-based billing, including order events, fulfillment/provisioning events, metering inputs, mediation/aggregation, rating, breakage, billing sync, and downstream revenue recognition triggers.

• Revenue Recognition & Policy Translation: Translate accounting policy and commercial constructs into system design for ASC 606 / IFRS 15 scenarios, including performance obligations, SSP allocation, deferred revenue, contract modifications, renewals, amendments, refunds, and satisfaction events.

• Subledger, GL & Reconciliation Design: Own subledger-to-GL architecture across AR, RMCS, FAH, and Oracle GL, including journal design, summarization strategy, reconciliations, close support, and downstream posting/reporting alignment with NetSuite GL.

• Boundary System Integration: Architect robust integrations between Oracle Fusion and surrounding platforms including middleware, source commerce/order systems, tax engines, payment/settlement feeds, CRM/CLM, usage data platforms, and reporting/data warehouse layers.

• Implementation Leadership: Serve as the design authority during fit-gap, global design, build, SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare phases, driving issue resolution, design decisions, and implementation readiness.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Enterprise Product Managers, Data Platforms, Sourcing, and corporate business teams to translate complex commercial constraints into scalable technical solutions.

• Standards & Governance: Establish and enforce rigorous development and coding standards for Oracle extensions and reports, ensuring long-term platform maintainability and scalability.

• Mentorship: Provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers, driving a culture of technical excellence within the ERP application engineering team.

• Innovation & Lifecycle Management: Stay at the forefront of Oracle quarterly releases, evaluating new features, managing patch impact analyses, and recommending innovations to optimize the platform.

About You:

• Experience: 10+ years of total ERP engineering experience, with 7+ years of dedicated technical expertise architecting and developing solutions within Oracle Fusion Cloud.

• Techno-Functional Domain Expertise: Deep functional and technical knowledge across Oracle Order Management, Subscription Management, Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS), Accounts Receivable, Collections, Financial Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH), and General Ledger, with strong experience in architecting end-to-end OTC and revenue solutions across subscription, usage-based, and B2B customer billing models.

• Advanced Module Customization:

  • Order Management (OM) & Subscription Management (SM): Deep functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Order Management and Subscription Management, with strong experience in architecting enterprise order capture, contract amendments, subscription activation, billing schedules, usage rating, approval routing, and complex orchestration flows for B2B customer billing and partner/reseller models.

  • FAH & RMCS: Proven experience designing transaction objects, event models, accounting rules, supporting references, and accounting transformations in Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) to handle complex, high-volume event data, while enabling ASC 606 / IFRS 15 compliant revenue recognition in RMCS for deferred revenue, contract modifications, renewals, breakage, refunds, and usage-driven satisfaction events.

  • Oracle AR, Collections & GL: Strong hands-on experience across Accounts Receivable, Collections, and General Ledger, including invoicing, receipts, credit memos, adjustments, delinquency tracking, dunning, reconciliation of subledger activity through to GL, ledger architecture, journal processing, intercompany close dependencies, and downstream financial reporting impacts.

• High-Volume Architecture Experience: Experience designing scalable accounting and revenue solutions for high-volume transactional environments, including event summarization, control-preserving aggregation, reconciliation, observability, and cost/scale optimization.

• Integration & Boundary Systems: Strong experience integrating Oracle Fusion with OIC, Boomi, APIs, file-based interfaces, payment/settlement systems, tax engines, CRM/CLM platforms, and external general ledger/reporting ecosystems.

• Implementation Track Record: 2+ end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations or major transformations covering OTC, subscriptions, revenue accounting, or finance architecture, with demonstrated ownership from design through go-live support.

• Data & Analytics Expertise: Expert-level SQL/PL-SQL skills with deep database management experience, proficient in creating complex OTBI reports, BI Publisher templates, and data extractions (BICC).

• Middleware Tools: Mastery of enterprise integration tools and middleware solutions, explicitly Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Boomi, or custom API gateways.

• Code & Platform Governance: Experience performing comprehensive technical design and code reviews to audit system efficacy, using version control systems (.git) adapted for Oracle configurations.

• Compliance Background: Strong background working in high-growth, compliance-driven environments navigating strict SOX, GDPR, or CCPA requirements.

Preferred Experience:

• Working knowledge of other Oracle Financial modules such as Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets / Asset Management (FAM), Cash Management (CM), and related subledger accounting flows to support end-to-end finance process alignment.

• Familiarity with NetSuite GL integration patterns, reconciliation controls, and hybrid Oracle-to-GL operating models.

• Experience supporting mobility, transportation, SaaS, marketplace, or other usage-based business models with recurring, prepaid, deferred, and consumption-based revenue patterns.

• Experience with B2B commercial constructs such as enterprise contracts, subsidized billing, partner distribution, reseller models, or revenue-share arrangements.

• Experience working across Finance, Product, Data Engineering, Integrations, and Commercial Operations teams to convert evolving revenue models into scalable system design.

• Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications in one or more of the following are strongly preferred: Order Management, Subscription Management, RMCS, Financials/GL, Accounting Hub, or other relevant Oracle Financials modules

The base salary range listed reflects what Lime reasonably expects to offer for this role, with the final base salary determined by objective factors such as the candidate’s location and relevant skills and experience. Depending on the position, the total compensation package may also include discretionary annual performance bonus opportunities and equity, subject to applicable plan terms and eligibility requirements.
