Salary: Up to $90,000 with a bonus, depedning on experience

About the role

 

As a Sr. Solutions Representative, you will are responsible for orchestrating the entire account team—including sales, solutions, and technical experts—to ensure flawless execution. Your mission is to maximize the effectiveness of every field selling resource (AE, CEP, SSE, SAE, etc.) and consistently drive substantial, long-term revenue growth. Along the way, you will get to:

  • Quarterback to the Account Team: Act as the "heartbeat" of the team. Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure a seamless sales cycle from discovery-to-delivery.  As an Account Manager, your commitment should be "All-in" with your Account Executive (AE), “white-glove” with clients, and a trusted resource for our partners. 
  • Proactive Engagement: Take ownership of account-specific goals. Foster direct client engagement and ensure all team members are aligned with client objectives. 
  • Manage End-to-End Success: Oversee all transactions from quotes to payment to delivery, ensuring data integrity, process adherence, and consistent, high-touch client experience throughout. 
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner tightly with the Services Account Executive (SAE formerly CSD-Client Services Director) and strategically engage CEPs, MDEs, SSEs, FA and BDMs.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience in strategic account management, sales support, or a high-touch customer-facing role. (Bachelor’s degree in Business or Tech preferred). 
  • Technical Acumen: Foundational knowledge of the technology landscape (Cloud, Networking, Security, and AI).
  • Influence Without Authority: Proven ability to lead and coordinate complex, cross-functional teams. 
  • Organizational Excellence: Ability to manage multiple competing priorities with high attention to detail.
