Senior Integration Architect
Role Overview
We are looking for a strong and experienced Senior Integration Architect with expertise in enterprise integration architecture along with hands-on exposure to pre-sales, consulting, and delivery engagements. The ideal candidate should be capable of driving architecture discussions, engaging with customers during solutioning phases, and supporting successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise integration architecture and solution design initiatives.
- Participate in pre-sales activities including client meetings, solution presentations, proposal creation, estimations, and RFP/RFI responses.
- Work closely with customers to understand business requirements and define integration strategies and solutions.
- Provide consulting expertise on integration architecture, APIs, middleware, and modernization initiatives.
- Support delivery teams during implementation and provide architectural governance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
- Collaborate with business, technical, and delivery stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
- Mentor technical teams and contribute to integration best practices and capability building.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise integration architecture and solution design.
- Strong hands-on experience in integration technologies, APIs, middleware, and distributed systems.
- Proven experience in pre-sales, customer consulting, and solutioning engagements.
- Experience supporting or leading delivery and implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, enterprise architecture, and modern application integration practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work across business, consulting, and technical teams effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with enterprise clients across multiple domains.
- Exposure to cloud and hybrid integration environments.
- Experience in Agile delivery methodologies.
- Strong documentation and architecture governance experience.
