Position Summary
The Sr. Director, Transformation & Corporate Development, will be a senior member of the Value Creation Office (VCO) at Propelis, a private equity–backed global packaging and creative services holding company formed in 2025 through the merger of SGS & Co and SGK Brand Solutions, reporting to the Senior Vice President, Transformation & Corporate Development. The VCO serves as the strategic command center guiding Propelis to focus on the highest-impact actions that drive lasting value across four key pillars: Merger Integration & Execution, Strategic Initiatives, Corporate Development, and Corporate Strategy, spanning the company’s five lines of business (Core Pack, Print Solutions, Marks, Collide, and 5Flow) and Shared Services. The Sr. Director, Transformation & Corporate Development, will lead multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously, lead and develop a team of VCO professionals, shape VCO-led solutions, and drive operational performance improvements across the LoBs. The position requires advanced problem-solving abilities, deep experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs, distinguished financial modeling and synergy tracking capabilities, and a demonstrated ability to drive measurable outcomes at the portfolio or LoB level. The incumbent will display collaborative leadership, strong accountability, clarity in communication at all levels of the organization, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment. The ideal candidate will display high business acumen, analytical rigor, and executive presence, and be proficient with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint). This position will have a minimum of one direct report, with the potential for additional direct reports, and will be expected to lead, coach, and develop team members.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $158,300 USD - $168,300 USD annually. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
