Overview

Due to growth, we are adding a Sr. Director, Enterprise Value & Investments to our team.

 

The Sr. Director, Enterprise Value & Investments is responsible for maximizing enterprise value through strategic investment governance, capital allocation, value realization oversight, corporate development, treasury leadership, and enterprise financial performance management. This role serves as the enterprise leader responsible for evaluating strategic investment opportunities, supporting long-range planning, prioritizing enterprise investments, overseeing value realization, leading merger and acquisition activities, and aligning organizational incentives to strategic and financial outcomes.

Responsibilities

How do I make an impact on my team? 

• Lead the development and execution of enterprise investment governance processes, ensuring strategic investments and capital allocation decisions align with organizational priorities and long-term value creation objectives.
• Partner with executive leadership to evaluate, prioritize, and recommend enterprise investments, transformation initiatives, and strategic opportunities based on financial impact, risk, organizational capacity, and expected return.
• Facilitate enterprise-wide investment planning and decision-making by providing financial insights, tradeoff analysis, and recommendations regarding funding, resource allocation, and investment sequencing.
• Support the development and refresh of the enterprise strategic plan by translating strategic priorities into actionable financial strategies, investment roadmaps, and long-range business plans.
• Develop and deliver financial analyses, forecasts, and scenario models that assess the impact of strategic initiatives, market dynamics, competitive factors, and changing business priorities on enterprise performance.
• Serve as the primary finance partner to enterprise transformation efforts, providing financial leadership for business cases, program investments, funding requests, and transformation portfolio management.
• Establish and maintain transformation finance disciplines, including investment monitoring, performance evaluation, risk assessment, and corrective action planning to ensure expected value is achieved.
• Lead enterprise value realization efforts by establishing measurement frameworks, monitoring achievement of strategic and financial outcomes, and driving accountability for committed benefits and performance targets.
• Provide executive-level reporting, insights, and recommendations regarding investment performance, portfolio health, value creation opportunities, and strategic business outcomes to support informed decision-making.
• Lead financial evaluation and execution support for mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and other strategic transactions, including assessment of strategic fit, valuation, synergies, risks, and integration considerations.
• Establish, mentor, and develop team members through coaching, feedback, and career planning, ensuring a pipeline of future leaders and a culture of accountability and growth.

Qualifications

What our team expects from you?

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field required. MBA strongly preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in strategic finance, corporate development, investment analysis, FP&A, enterprise transformation finance, consulting, or related disciplines required.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience, which may include leading individual contributors or teams, required.
• Experience supporting executive leadership and Board-level decision-making preferred.
• Experience leading enterprise investment evaluations, capital allocation decisions, business case development, and financial scenario analysis required.
• Experience with M&A, corporate development, integration planning, treasury, or enterprise capital deployment preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy benefit management, managed care, specialty pharmacy, financial services, or similarly complex industries preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders, frame tradeoffs, and translate complex financial information into clear executive recommendations required.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Pay Range

USD $174,112.93 - USD $217,641.16 /Yr.
