Job Description
Clinical ink is seeking an experienced Sr. Clinical Trial Platform Trainer to lead the preparation and delivery of engaging product training for both internal teams and external clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful adoption and understanding of our Clinical ink solutions. The Sr. Clinical Trial Platform Trainer's responsibilities include:
  • Prepare and deliver technical training via web-based sessions
  • Prepare and deliver face-to-face technical training sessions
  • Complete all follow-up activities associated with each training session
  • Write, revise, and update training scripts
  • Create and maintain training materials for both internal and external use including user manuals, training guides, slide deck presentations, etc.
  • Train internal staff on products and releases as required
  • Work with Product Development and other functional teams to transfer knowledge of new product releases
  • Review all customer change control requests for potential training needs
  • Maintain trainer study assignment worksheet
  • Assist with the development of training videos as needed
  • Record training videos for customers distribution
  • Perform other tasks and projects assigned

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 3-5 years of experience in instructional design or training
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, both domestically and internationally (if needed)
  • Prior experience working in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or similar industries desired
  • Strong writing and public speaking skills required
  • Ability to write, edit, review, and manage instructional documentation
  • Strong time management and organizational skills required
  • Experience with Camtasia or other video editing software
  • Experience with a Learning Management System preferred
  • Previous experience training technology preferred
