The OpportunityWe are seeking a Sr. Business Application Administrator to join our North America team. As part
of the IT Business Applications team, this role will serve as a strategic business partner
supporting scalable solutions across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and adjacent
business functions within the Lead-to-Quote-to-Cash process. The ideal candidate combines
strong Business Systems Analyst capabilities, excellent communication skills, and hands-on
Salesforce platform expertise. This role requires someone who can drive discussions with
stakeholders, refine requirements, design scalable solutions, and lead hands-on execution in
Salesforce. The role also extends beyond Salesforce into connected applications, workflow
automation, and integrations that support end-to-end business processes. Experience with
Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud is highly desirable.
What You'll Do- Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce business processes, system capabilities, and
solution options. - Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Finance,
Customer Support, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to analyze business
processes, systems, and data flows, define project scope, objectives, and success
criteria, and recommend scalable solutions that drive process optimization. - Contribute to process and system improvements across the Lead-to-Quote-to-Cash
lifecycle, including opportunity management, quoting, pricing, approvals, contracting,
ordering, and revenue-related workflows. - Support connected applications, workflow automation, and integrations across the
Salesforce ecosystem, including GTM and GTC tools such as Outreach, LeanData,
LeadIQ, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, n8n, and Gainsight, while understanding the upstream
and downstream impacts of connected platforms such as NetSuite and Avalara. - Drive automation, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives,
managing tool-related workflows, compliance-related processes, and cross-system
changes that enhance efficiency, system usability, operational effectiveness, and
stakeholder experience. - Perform hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration, including custom
objects, fields, page layouts, record types, profiles or permission-related setup,
validation rules, Flows, reports, dashboards, and other declarative automations. - Lead the design and implementation of complex customizations, automations, and
integrations across Salesforce and connected business applications. - Lead end-to-end system changes through design, testing, user acceptance, deployment,
and post-release validation. - Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve escalated issues and help
ensure the stability, performance, and scalability of business applications. - Establish and support governance, controls, and best practices for business application
usage, data management, and change management. - Stay current on Salesforce platform capabilities, AI-enabled features, and relevant
technologies to continuously improve solution design and delivery.
What You'll Bring- 8+ years of experience as a Business Administrator or Business Systems Analyst with
strong Salesforce expertise supporting Sales, Marketing, and Service-related business
processes. - Proven experience leading complex requirements gathering, process analysis, and
solution design for cross-functional business initiatives. - Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to adapt communication style to
different audiences and build alignment across teams. - Comfortable being hands-on in Salesforce and handling administrator tasks, with proven
ability to design, configure, test, deploy, and support business changes using declarative
tools and platform setup. Strong experience with Salesforce Flows, objects, fields,
security model, page layouts, validation rules, reporting, and overall platform
administration is required. - Experience with connected GTM tools such as Outreach, LeanData, LeadIQ, Marketo,
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gainsight or similar platforms is highly desirable. - Solid understanding of Lead-to-Quote-to-Cash processes and related business
workflows. - Experience with Salesforce CPQ and exposure to Salesforce Revenue Cloud are
preferred. - Experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, Prompt Builder, or related AI
capabilities and their application to Sales or Service automation is strongly preferred. - Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly, work through ambiguity, and assess
cross-system impacts to deliver scalable solutions. - Ability to work independently with little day-to-day instruction, prioritize effectively
based on business urgency and impact, and manage diverse, complex, cross-functional
work that may not always be clearly defined. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate
workshops, adapt communication style to different audiences, document requirements
clearly, and present recommendations to stakeholders and leadership. - Demonstrated judgment in making informed decisions, with appropriate input from
management and stakeholders when needed. - Experience establishing or supporting governance, controls, and best practices for
business applications and data management is preferred. - Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst,
or related certifications are preferred.
