Join the Connected Care Portfolio and play a critical role in how Aetna members experience our Resources for Living (RFL) application and Public Provider Search tools. This role ensures high‑quality, accurate, and timely delivery of customizations for key employer groups, many of whom are high‑visibility clients with unique requirements.
As a Sr. Analyst, Customizations, you will partner closely with account teams, clinical and operational stakeholders, along with digital product/engineering teams to translate plan sponsor requests into clear, actionable specifications. You will manage configuration details such as content, links, branding, and logos, and ensure they flow correctly through our front‑end tools and content management systems across web, iOS, and Android platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, organized, comfortable working with Agile/Scrum teams, and experienced in supporting digital experiences within a large, matrixed health organization.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$79,310.00 - $158,620.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
