Best Office Staff is looking for experienced B2C Lead Management Specialists to support a client in the healthcare and wellness industry.

We're looking for candidates with previous experience in medical or healthcare-related lead calling who can confidently engage with fresh leads, handle outbound calls, and follow up with prospective patients.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Contact fresh leads generated daily through outbound calls.
• Follow up with prospective patients and respond to inquiries.
• Qualify leads and help schedule appointments.
• Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up activities.
• Communicate professionally with potential patients.
• Make outbound calls Monday to Friday during office hours.

 What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in medical or healthcare-related lead calling.
• Experience in B2C outbound calling, lead management, or appointment setting.
• Strong English communication and customer engagement skills.
• Comfortable handling fresh leads and daily follow-ups.
• Organized, proactive, and results-driven.
• Available to work Monday to Friday during office hours.

Language Requirements:

Spanish-English bilingual candidates preferred.
