Sourcing and Engagement Specialist
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $22.00-$26.00/hour
- Bonus Opportunity: Uncapped monthly performance bonuses. Most teammates earn between $300-$2,000+ per month in bonus earnings.
- Overtime Eligible
- Schedule: Fully remote. Team members work every other Saturday and receive the following Monday off, creating a three-day weekend every other week.
- Travel: Up to 15% travel may be required for job fairs, conferences, or recruiting events, with travel expenses reimbursed.

What You'll Do
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for BCBA and other clinical hiring needs across multiple markets
- Execute high-volume sourcing strategies through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, social media platforms, networking groups, and other creative sourcing channels
- Proactively engage passive candidates through phone calls, messaging campaigns, email outreach, networking, and relationship-building efforts
- Develop innovative sourcing campaigns to increase candidate engagement and pipeline generation
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and qualification conversations
- Generate interest in Action Behavior Centers and educate candidates on career opportunities
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to understand hiring priorities and market trends
- Track sourcing activity, candidate engagement, and pipeline metrics
- Maintain accurate candidate information within applicant tracking systems and recruiting databases
- Continuously identify new sourcing strategies, tools, and process improvements
- Support recruiting events, networking initiatives, and talent community development
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of sourcing, recruiting, staffing, sales, business development, or talent acquisition experience
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience building relationships and engaging candidates or customers
- Comfort with high-volume outreach and candidate engagement
- Creative problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
- Process-oriented mindset with strong follow-through

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience sourcing healthcare, clinical, behavioral health, or ABA professionals
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM platforms, and ATS systems
- Agency recruiting or staffing experience
- Sales or business development experience
- Experience building passive candidate pipelines in competitive markets
