It manages the lifecycle of clinical work - diagnostic screenings, heart failure programs, gap closure visits, and chronic care management. It integrates with our EMR, cardiac monitoring systems, and delivers clinical documentation via multiple transmission protocols. Each partner has distinct configurations, rules, and workflows - and the system needs to handle all of them reliably.
Quality here isn’t cosmetic. It affects clinical care pathways, documentation accuracy, partner trust, and regulatory compliance.
\nThe Solution Delivery Manager is responsible for leading new client launches from intake through post-launch transition, ensuring each implementation is delivered on time, within scope, and with a high degree of operational quality.
This role sits at the intersection of client delivery, internal operations, workflow design, and cross-functional execution. The Solution Delivery Manager partners closely with Growth, Account Management, Client Success, Product, Clinical Operations, Data, and other internal teams to translate client needs into clear, scalable, and repeatable delivery plans.
Success in this role requires strong project management, excellent communication, sound judgment, and the ability to drive clarity and accountability in a fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable managing detailed project plans, facilitating client-facing conversations, identifying risks, and helping the organization improve how implementations are delivered over time.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand client needs, operational requirements, and desired workflows.
Help translate client goals and contracted commitments into practical, scalable, and repeatable delivery models.
Coordinate across Growth, Account Management, Client Success, Product, Clinical Operations, Data, Marketing, and other teams to ensure launch readiness.
Drive accountability with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of launch activities.
Proactively remove barriers, escalate risks, and help teams make informed tradeoff decisions when priorities or timelines conflict.
Perform ongoing risk assessment to identify potential launch delays, scope concerns, operational gaps, and downstream client experience impacts.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders regarding project status, risks, decisions, dependencies, and upcoming milestones.
Provide executive-ready updates that clearly summarize progress, barriers, risks, and required decisions.
Ensure internal teams and client stakeholders are prepared for launch, including workflow readiness, operational handoffs, reporting expectations, and support processes.
Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, reduce variability, and strengthen implementation quality across clients.
5–7 years of experience in project management, implementation, solution delivery, client delivery, or a related role; digital health, healthcare, SaaS, or high-growth startup experience preferred.
Demonstrated experience leading multiple complex client implementations or cross-functional projects simultaneously.
Strong client-facing presence, with experience facilitating conversations with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments while creating structure, clarity, and forward momentum.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and competing priorities.
Proven ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and senior stakeholders.
Sound judgment and problem-solving ability, including comfort making recommendations, identifying tradeoffs, and escalating when needed.
Experience managing projects through the full lifecycle, from intake and planning through execution, launch, and post-launch review.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear documentation, stakeholder updates, and executive summaries.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data, feedback, and implementation learnings to improve future delivery.
Experience with Smartsheet or similar project management tools preferred.
A good sense of humor and the ability to stay calm, collaborative, and solutions-oriented when plans inevitably change.
