The Software Quality Assurance Analyst will design and execute test plans to validate new features and defect fixes across desktop, web, and mobile applications. They will also investigate reported defects, document findings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality releases.
Position Summary
The Software Quality Assurance Analyst validates that our releases work the way clinicians, staff, and administrative teams need them to. You will test new features, regression-test existing functionality, investigate and document defects, and partner with development, product, and client-facing teams to resolve issues before they reach a practice. Because our software supports live clinical and surgical workflows, the quality bar is high and the details matter.
This role suits someone methodical, curious, and comfortable owning their own workload. You will be handed problems rather than checklists, and you will be expected to dig into them, ask good questions, and explain what you find clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
