Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Engineer with 3–5 years of professional experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in backend and frontend technologies, event-driven architectures, AWS cloud services, workflow orchestration, and modern DevOps practices.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices and web applications.
  • Build RESTful APIs and backend services using Python and TypeScript frameworks.
  • Develop modern, responsive frontend applications using React and Next.js.
  • Implement event-driven and asynchronous architectures using AWS messaging and streaming services.
  • Design and optimize database schemas and queries for relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Develop workflow automation and orchestration solutions using Camunda BPM.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and improve observability.
  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, DevOps engineers, and data teams.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and best practice initiatives.
  • Contribute to scalable analytics and data integration solutions.

Required Technical Skills

  • Backend Development: Python (FastAPI, Flask), TypeScript, NestJS
  • Frontend Development: React 18, Next.js 14, TypeScript
  • Databases & Data Technologies: PostgreSQL/Aurora, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis
  • AWS Cloud Services: Lambda, ECS Fargate, SQS/SNS, EventBridge, Kinesis, S3, Cognito, API Gateway
  • Workflow & Automation: Camunda 7 (BPMN 2.0, DMN, External Tasks)
  • DevOps & Infrastructure: Docker, Terraform, GitHub Actions, JFrog Artifactory
  • Observability & Monitoring: UVP/Elastic Stack, OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of software development experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
