Job Title: Software Bot Developer
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Software Bot Developer to maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot our existing bot infrastructure. The successful candidate will oversee the upkeep, periodic upgrades, and efficient performance of the bot to meet evolving business needs. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure the bot remains a reliable and valuable tool for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance and performance checks on the bot to ensure optimal functionality.
- Implement upgrades and enhancements based on user requirements and organizational goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and integrate new features.
- Monitor bot performance, analyze logs, and suggest improvements to streamline processes.
- Document updates, changes, and best practices for future reference and continuity.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in software development, with a focus on bot development or maintenance.
- Familiarity with bot frameworks (e.g., Microsoft Bot Framework, Dialogflow, or Rasa).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or C#.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, integrations, and webhooks.
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud for bot hosting.
- Knowledge of debugging, testing, and version control tools (e.g., Git).
- Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work within a team setting.
