The case manager will assist clients with the Social Security disability application process by gathering documentation and advocating for their claims. They will also maintain detailed records and communicate with Social Security administration officials to resolve issues.
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Security Disability Hearing Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with the application process, gathering necessary documentation, advocating on behalf of clients, and ensuring that all claims are processed accurately.
Due to this being a remote role, you’ll need reliable internet with speeds of at least 100 Mbps download and 30 Mbps upload, a comfortable place to work, and a backup plan for occasional internet outages. We will provide your MacBook as well as a headset, keyboard, and monitor as needed. You will be responsible for maintaining a setup that supports a productive workday. During scheduled working hours, employees must be able to perform the position’s essential duties and meet its attendance, availability, productivity, confidentiality, and performance expectations, subject to approved leave, reasonable accommodations, and applicable law.
