The Role

We're looking for a creative Social Media Motion Designer to craft compelling, platform-optimised video content that brings the B2Spin brand to life across social media.

What You Will Do

- Produce and edit high-quality video content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Video, and beyond using Premiere Pro or similar tools

- Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and social media best practices

- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistency across brand and campaign communications

- Stay ahead of social media trends, applying strong short-form and long-form video techniques

- Manage and track content tasks weekly, reviewing and actioning feedback promptly

- Optimise video output for each platform to maximise engagement and visual impact

What We Are Looking For

- Hands-on experience producing and editing social media video content

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent editing tools

- A strong eye for visual storytelling and brand consistency

- Solid understanding of platform-specific best practices across Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook

- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Someone who keeps a pulse on trends and knows how to translate them into great content
