Role Overview
This role owns organic growth, content production, and community management across all social channels for a premium anime-inspired jewelry and accessories brand. The Social Media Manager will plan and publish content, engage with the fanbase daily, and grow the audience without losing the clean, personal, artist-led identity that defines the brand. A second account, Kraymer Studios, will also sit under this role's ownership and management.
About the Role
Kraymer Art is an anime-inspired jewelry and accessories brand with a niche, highly engaged audience and a strong visual identity. Social media is one of the primary ways we build connection with that audience, and we need someone who can grow it with real craft, not just volume.
This role exists because organic growth, content quality, and community engagement all need a dedicated owner. You will manage the day-to-day presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, Threads, Bluesky, Pinterest, and Reddit, as well as the Kraymer Studios account. Success looks like consistent follower growth, high-performing content, and a community that feels genuinely close to the brand rather than managed at arm's length. What You'll Do
- Plan and maintain a consistent posting calendar across all active social channels, including Kraymer Art and Kraymer Studios.
- Source, create, and schedule content that keeps the feed polished, authentic, and on-brand.
- Produce reels and short-form video content with strong hooks, clear product focus, and fandom relevance.
- Write captions and social copy in a personal, founder-led voice rather than a corporate tone.
- Engage daily with the community through comments, DMs, replies, and platform-native community features.
- Analyze performance metrics weekly and use findings to refine content strategy and posting decisions.
- Monitor anime fan culture, platform trends, sounds, and formats and adapt them to fit the brand without making them feel forced.
- Maintain a consistent visual direction across accounts that supports the brand's clean, artist-led identity.
- Identify growth opportunities by account, platform, and content type and act on them with a clear rationale.
Must-Haves
- Demonstrated history of growing an Instagram account to at least 20,000 followers independently, with proof of results.
- At least one reel with 1,000,000 or more views, verifiable on request.
- Currently active on social media creating anime-related content or posts.
- Strong copywriting ability with a natural, human voice that does not read as corporate or template-driven.
- Solid understanding of organic growth mechanics, content planning, engagement strategy, and community management.
- Strong visual judgment and the ability to maintain a clean, consistent brand aesthetic across platforms.
- Available at least 5 days per week and committed to a long-term role.
- A personal filming setup that allows on-camera content, including face-to-camera video.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience managing business accounts with 100,000 or more combined followers.
- Deep familiarity with popular anime titles and fan communities, including Demon Slayer, Jujutsu Kaisen, Genshin Impact, and others.
- Previous social media experience for e-commerce brands in jewelry, fashion, or accessories.
- Experience with handcrafted, artist-led, niche, or fandom-based brands.
- Interest in anime-inspired products, collector culture, and creative brand building.
