As Oura continues to grow across consumer, healthcare, and commercial markets, there is a growing opportunity to use social as a channel for credibility, education, and connection. We are seeking a Social Media Manager to build and scale Oura's presence across LinkedIn and other key platforms, turning internal expertise into external influence. This role will focus on social strategy and content production, developing employee advocacy, and elevating executive and scientific voices - with commercial storytelling as one of several priority areas.
This is a builder role. You will create the systems, workflows, and content approach that enable Oura’s clinical, scientific, and commercial teams to show up consistently and effectively—while ensuring efforts ladder to broader business goals over time.
You will partner closely with Commercial, Science, Marketing, and Creative teams, as well as the Director of Social & Influencer, to ensure alignment between consumer and commercial storytelling.
What You Will Do:
Build Oura’s Social Strategy & Thought Leadership Presence
Establish social as a credible and consistent voice across Oura’s brand, healthcare, science, and business priorities.
Develop and Scale an Employee Advocacy System
Turn internal expertise into a scalable distribution engine.
Create a Cohesive Content System
Move from ad hoc requests to a scalable, repeatable model for surfacing content from across the company.
Collaborate Across Teams to Drive Alignment and Impact
Act as a connector between internal teams and external presence.

What we offer:
Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
