Your mission is to make our brand the most entertaining, relevant, and relatable account on the timeline. You will sit at the absolute pulse of internet culture, turning real-time online moments, creator drama, and gaming trends into hyper-viral social content. This is a role for a creator who can move at lightning speed, write native copy with surgical wit, and build an obsessed, cult-like community across X, TikTok, Instagram, and Discord.

Key Responsibilities

Real-Time Content Creation: Write, design, and drop platform-native content (memes, shitposts, graphics, text threads, and short-form video concepts) that people actually want to share.

Trend-Jacking & Reactive Marketing: Monitor the internet 24/7. When a massive cultural moment, gaming trend, or internet meme breaks, you will deploy reactive content for our brand within minutes.

Brand Voice Architecture: Help define and execute a distinct, unhinged-yet-strategic brand voice that feels entirely human, sharp, and community-driven.

Community Engagement & Outbound Banter: Don't just sit back and reply to comments. Actively seek out conversations on the timelines of creators, competitors, and community members to insert our brand into high-visibility threads.

Short-Form Video Concepting: Brainstorm and execute high-engagement video hooks for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels (utilizing capcut, native tools, or collaborating with design).

Cross-Functional Campaign Support: Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Influencer teams to turn dry announcements, feature launches, and creator partnerships into highly engaging social events.

Requirements

• Chronically Online: You spend a deeply unhealthy amount of time on X, TikTok, Reddit, Twitch, and Discord. You naturally spot trends before they peak.
• Elite Internet Copywriting: You know how to write copy that commands attention, fits the layout of the specific platform, and bypasses the user's "this is an ad" filter.
• The "Creator" Instinct: Proven experience managing highly engaging social accounts, whether for a disruptive brand, a digital creator, an online community, or your own personal growth project.
• Speed over Perfection: The ability to execute ideas in minutes. You understand that a good meme posted right now is worth ten times more than a perfect meme approved two weeks from now.
• Flawless Cultural Judgment: You know exactly where the line is between edginess that builds a massive fan base and risk that damages a brand.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within gaming, eSports, creator networks, Web3, or high-velocity consumer tech.
• Lightweight multimedia skills: Ability to quickly cut a clip in CapCut/Premiere, format an image in Figma/Photoshop, or utilize canvas tools on the fly.
• Track record of independently growing an organic social audience or community from scratch.
