Manage and grow the TikTok and Instagram presence for Run Monster Run by creating engaging, shareable short-form video content. Coordinate with editors and analyze performance metrics to foster meaningful community interaction and audience growth.

About the Role

Run Monster Run is looking for a creative social media enthusiast to help grow our presence on TikTok and Instagram and build a community of people who genuinely love our content.

Your mission? Turn our existing animation into scroll-stopping clips, hilarious moments, and content people want to share with their friends. But it's not just about chasing views or racking up followers. We want to reach the right audience: people who connect with our characters, get invested in our stories, and want to engage with the world of Run Monster Run.

We're looking for someone who knows their way around social media, can spot a viral moment from a mile away, and understands what makes people stop scrolling, hit share, leave a comment, and come back for more.

What You'll Do

  • Run and grow Run Monster Run's TikTok and Instagram fan pages, keeping the content fresh, engaging, and consistent.
  • Hunt for the funniest, wildest, most surprising, or most memorable moments in our animated episodes and turn them into short-form videos people want to share.
  • Ensure we're consistently publishing engaging content by working closely with other editors, coordinating the content pipeline, and editing videos yourself when needed.
  • Edit and repurpose existing content into clips that capture attention and introduce new audiences to Run Monster Run.
  • Find creative ways to connect with fans, spark conversations, and encourage people to engage with our characters and stories.
  • Stay on top of social media trends, viral formats, and fandom culture to spot opportunities that make sense for our audience.
  • Experiment with hooks, captions, editing styles, and formats to discover what resonates with viewers.
  • Keep an eye on performance, looking beyond views and follower counts to understand what drives meaningful engagement, shares, comments, and repeat interactions.
  • Build a consistent posting rhythm while making sure every piece of content feels relevant to the Run Monster Run audience and the world of the show.

What We're Looking For

  • A strong portfolio of TikTok and/or Instagram accounts you've personally grown or managed. We want to see actual accounts, their growth, and the results you've achieved. This is the most important requirement for this role.
  • Hands-on experience managing TikTok and/or Instagram accounts, ideally with a track record of growing an audience and generating strong engagement.
  • A portfolio of short-form edits, clips, Reels, or other social-media-first content that demonstrates your creativity and ability to capture attention.
  • Strong instincts for identifying compelling moments and turning them into content that makes people laugh, react, comment, or share.
  • A solid understanding of internet culture, viral trends, and online fandoms, including what makes people connect with a show, its characters, and its stories.
  • An audience-first mindset: you understand that building a successful account is about more than follower counts. You care about attracting people who genuinely connect with the content and want to engage with it.
  • Experience growing fan pages, entertainment accounts, or social media accounts built around existing shows, characters, celebrities, or other IPs.
  • A genuine interest in animation and animated shows, with an appreciation for the communities and fandoms that grow around them.
  • A creative, proactive approach to testing ideas, learning from results, and finding new ways to grow an engaged audience.
  • Availability to start as soon as possible.
