About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Social Media Account Creation Specialist to join the marketing team of a fast-growing, UK-based consumer brand.

This role focuses on setting up, growing and maintaining healthy social media accounts, particularly across TikTok and Instagram. You will also help build and coordinate a network of creators, UGC talent and account operators across relevant markets.

The ideal candidate understands how to launch social accounts from scratch, build genuine reach and engagement, and maintain strong account health while working within platform guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up new TikTok, Instagram and other social media accounts, including profiles, bios, branding and business settings.
• Warm up and grow new accounts organically while following platform guidelines.
• Monitor account performance and health, including reach, views, restrictions and suspensions.
• Identify and resolve potential account-health issues quickly.
• Source, vet and onboard creators, influencers, UGC talent and account operators.
• Coordinate creator activity and posting across different accounts and markets.
• Manage posting schedules and content distribution across a growing account network.
• Maintain accurate and secure records of accounts, ownership and access.
• Track which account setup methods, posting frequencies and content formats perform best.
• Stay up to date with social media platform policies, community guidelines and algorithm changes.

Requirements

• 2+ years' hands-on experience creating and growing social media accounts for a brand, agency or creator network.
• Proven experience growing new TikTok and/or Instagram accounts from the ground up.
• Able to provide examples of accounts you have grown and the results achieved.
• Strong understanding of platform community guidelines, account health signals and potential causes of restrictions.
• Experience working with or managing creators, influencers or UGC talent.
• Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Comfortable working remotely during UK business hours.

Nice to Have

Experience with UK or US audiences, social media scheduling tools, consumer brands, e-commerce or entertainment businesses would be advantageous. Basic content creation or video-editing skills would also be beneficial.
