If you know how to turn raw footage, strong visuals, and a clear brand point of view into social content people actually stop to watch, this role gives you the ownership to do it across a portfolio of elevated hospitality brands.
About Us
HireHawk connects skilled professionals around the world with meaningful opportunities at U.S. and Canadian companies, helping ambitious teams build globally distributed remote talent. For this role, you will support a luxury hospitality portfolio that includes Casaléna and Avondale Hospitality properties, where strong creative execution, attention to detail, and brand consistency matter across every customer touchpoint.
About the Role
As a Junior Social & Brand Content Producer, you will work directly with the Creative Director to bring hospitality brands to life across social media, video, email, web, PR, and digital campaigns. Despite the Junior title, this is not a heavily supervised role: you will be expected to manage your work independently, recognize what needs to happen next, and deliver polished creative with minimal handholding.
We are looking for someone with a refined visual eye who can recognize compelling moments in raw footage, shape them into engaging short-form stories, and maintain an elevated aesthetic across channels. You will also help keep the operational side of marketing organized, from content calendars and influencer outreach to digital assets and campaign files.
Responsibilities
- Edit polished Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and other short-form content using Adobe Premiere, InShot, or comparable editing tools.
- Turn interviews, voiceovers, and longer-form footage into concise, story-driven edits by identifying the strongest hooks, soundbites, and moments.
- Add captions, text overlays, music, transitions, and pacing that reinforce each brand’s visual identity rather than relying on generic social trends.
- Produce quick-turnaround creative, including same-day content for events or time-sensitive hospitality moments when required.
- Design social graphics, stories, event promotions, menu announcements, and other branded assets using Canva.
- Prepare, resize, and adapt creative assets across social, email, web, and other digital channels while maintaining visual consistency.
- Own day-to-day social media execution by preparing, scheduling, publishing, and organizing content within a reliable content calendar.
- Support caption development, engagement monitoring, posting cadence, and basic social performance reporting.
- Draft and send professional PR and influencer outreach to writers, editors, publications, creators, partners, and other relevant contacts, then manage follow-ups and communication tracking.
- Coordinate influencer visits, content approvals, press materials, newsletters, Squarespace updates, and organized Google Drive archives so creative and marketing assets remain easy to find and use.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- 2-4+ years of professional experience in content production, social media marketing, or a closely related creative marketing role.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality short-form video work for platforms such as Instagram Reels and TikTok.
- Strong Adobe Premiere skills plus confident working knowledge of Canva and short-form editing tools such as InShot or similar platforms.
- Ability to independently identify compelling hooks, soundbites, pacing, and storytelling opportunities within raw video footage.
- Hands-on social media experience preparing, scheduling, publishing, and organizing content across an active content calendar.
- Excellent written English and the ability to communicate professionally with internal teams, creators, media contacts, and external partners.
- Strong organization, reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Nice to Have:
- Experience producing content for hospitality, restaurants, nightlife, luxury, travel, or lifestyle brands.
- Experience drafting PR outreach and managing communication with influencers, writers, editors, publications, or brand partners.
- Experience creating Mailchimp newsletters and updating content or imagery on Squarespace.
- Experience filming or working with footage captured on iPhone and DSLR cameras.
- Comfort using AI tools to accelerate creative, editing, organization, or marketing workflows.
Benefits
- Access to a $200k+ perk marketplace with instant discounts on 150+ services
- Access up to 50% of approved earnings before payday (no credit checks or fees)
