The lead is responsible for executing AI-enabled product development from concept through deployment and scaling to deliver measurable value in manufacturing and supply chain operations. They will partner with cross-functional teams to shape AI product roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and ensure the successful adoption of intelligent automation and analytics solutions.

The Smart Manufacturing & Supply Chain AI Enablement Lead is accountable for executing AI-enabled product development from concept through deployment, adoption, scaling, and continuous improvement to deliver measurable value across Manufacturing & Supply Chain.
This role partners with Operations, Supply Chain, and technology teams to shape and deliver an AI product pipeline that includes Gen AI, agentic AI, machine learning, automation, analytics, and workflow orchestration, while ensuring alignment to strategic objectives, responsible AI standards, adoption, and value realization.
The expected salary for this position is $140,000- 165,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
