Main purpose of the role:
Simmons Adaptive are keen to hear from junior corporate lawyers who are interested in supporting a key client at Simmons & Simmons.
This is expected to be a full-time, fully remote, role for 3 months.
Person specification:
• You are a qualified lawyer with 1-2 years PQE in corporate law.
• You are comfortable working independently whilst knowing when to escalate matters.
• You have strong contract review and drafting skills.
• You are a problem solver and offer a collaborative approach.
• You are able to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment.
• You are able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines. You have excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads.
• You can work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team.
• You will be required to hold he relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
