We are looking for an experienced Siebel Architect with 10+ years of expertise in Oracle Siebel CRM to lead solution architecture, design, development, and integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, define scalable CRM solutions, and collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver enterprise-grade applications.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect Oracle Siebel CRM solutions.
  
• Lead Siebel development, customization, and integration projects.
  
• Provide technical guidance and mentor development teams.
  
• Implement Siebel Open UI, EAI, EIM, Workflows, and Web Services.
  
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Oracle Siebel CRM experience.
  
• Strong expertise in Siebel Tools, Configuration, Workflow, EAI, EIM, and Open UI.
  
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Database, SQL, and system integrations.
  
• Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and leadership skills.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  

Preferred

• Oracle Siebel Certification.
  
• Experience with Cloud platforms (OCI/AWS/Azure).
  
• Agile/Scrum project experience.
