Looking for a flexible way to build additional skills and work around your existing schedule? We are seeking motivated individuals to join our remote team as Side Hustle Travel Advisor.

This opportunity allows you to assist clients with planning vacations while maintaining other work, school, family, or personal commitments. You will help travelers sort through available choices, find options that match their needs, and coordinate vacation details using professional supplier resources.

Vacation requests may include all-inclusive resorts, cruises, weekend getaways, family vacations, couples trips, group experiences, tours, and international destinations.

What You'll Handle

  • Communicate with clients to learn what they are looking for in an upcoming vacation
  • Collect details such as preferred destinations, dates, number of travelers, interests, and budget
  • Research suitable resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, and activities
  • Sort through available choices and identify options that closely match client requests
  • Share personalized recommendations and relevant vacation information
  • Explain available amenities, package features, and supplier offers
  • Assist clients with coordinating their selected arrangements through approved booking resources
  • Keep reservation details, confirmations, and itinerary information organized
  • Monitor important dates such as deposits, final payments, and documentation deadlines
  • Follow up on open inquiries and outstanding client decisions
  • Double-check traveler information and reservation details for accuracy
  • Provide ongoing assistance with common questions and requested changes
  • Maintain organized client and booking records
  • Continue learning about destinations, suppliers, and available vacation experiences

What We're Looking For

  • Friendly and comfortable communicating with different types of clients

  • Interested in developing new professional and industry knowledge
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or another qualifying region
