Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
Accurately process and document outbound shipments using shipping software and carriers
Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely and accurate manner
Maintain organized inventory storage and assist with stock management
Coordinate with carriers and vendors to schedule pickups and deliveries
Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments
Keep shipping and receiving areas clean, safe, and well-organized
Requirements:
Prior experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics preferred
Familiarity with shipping platforms such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS systems
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing
Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs regularly
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Basic computer skills for processing orders and maintaining records
Strong organizational and time management skills
