• Demonstrate a basic understanding of project management principles and practices; 

• Apply basic project management techniques and choose the appropriate project management supporting tools, and; 

• Function effectively on a project team of any size and as a project manager for small to medium sized projects.

Qualifications:

• PhD or Masters level education in health informatics or related field; 
• A robust understanding of project management in health informatics and/or health management; 
• Experience in information management in a health care setting; 
• Experience teaching graduate-level courses, preferably in health informatics; 
• Demonstrated ability to relate to mature students and facilitate group learning processes; 
• Comfortable with electronic teaching tools such as Learning Management Systems (e.g., Quercus), PowerPoint, as well as on-line collaboration tools (Blogs, Wikkis, Discussion Boards, Webinars, or Video-conferencing). 

Duties:
