• Core GRC Foundation: Deep understanding of enterprise risk principles (cross-platform knowledge in Archer IRM integrations or migration strategy is a strong plus).

• Communication Excellence: Outstanding presentation and client-facing skills to confidently guide executive stakeholders through complex technical solutions.

• ServiceNow IRMGRC certification must have
