About the Role

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will contribute to the design, development, testing, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions while following platform best practices. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to solve technical challenges, deliver high-quality solutions, and continuously improve the services we provide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing ServiceNow solutions while following platform best practices.

  • Work with clients to understand technical requirements and resolve issues.

  • Provide creative and effective solutions to business challenges.

  • Support the design, development, testing, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and expansion of services offered by The Cloud People.

  • Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Create and maintain clear technical documentation.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary and international teams to deliver successful projects.

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1+ years of experience in ServiceNow project implementation.

  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Good understanding of the ServiceNow platform, development principles, and best practices.

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.

  • Familiarity with JavaScript and web services, including REST and SOAP.

  • Working knowledge of XML and JSON.

  • Experience with or familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is considered a plus.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Portuguese.

  • Ability to work within GMT-1 (CET) business hours.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
