About the Role

North Star Network is looking for a SEO Manager to lead organic growth across a portfolio of sports and betting media brands operating in more than 30 countries, including Poland, Bulgaria and Czech Republic .

You'll work closely with the Head of SEO, Business Managers, Content, Product, Tech and Data teams, and you'll help shape the AI-assisted SEO workflows we're scaling across the group.

Key Responsibilities

Own the SEO roadmap for your markets

Keyword research, intent analysis, competitor benchmarking, keyword maps and optimization briefs. You decide the priorities, aligned with the Head of SEO and your Business Manager, and you drive them to done.

Control quality end to end

SEO QA before and after publication: metadata, structure, internal linking, indexability, canonicals, redirects, structured data. If a migration or redesign ships, it ships through your checklist.

Monitor, diagnose, act

Rankings, organic traffic, CTR and conversions on your priority pages. When something pops you try to understand the underlying reason and to replicate them on other websites of the portfolio. When something drops, you produce the diagnosis and the recovery plan.

Drive off-page strategy

Build the monthly netlinking plan for your markets: target pages, anchors, quality thresholds, budget allocation. Our dedicated Netlinking Manager handles sourcing, negotiation and placement, you define what's worth acquiring, validate relevance, and monitor impact on rankings and traffic.

Scale with AI

Use and improve our AI-assisted SEO workflows (log analysis, QA, monitoring) with the judgment to know where automation stops and expertise starts.

What we’re looking for

• 4+ years of in-house SEO experience in competitive SERPs

• A proven track record of ranking and growing organic traffic in competitive iGaming verticals (casino and betting)

• Expertise in SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, log analysis, etc.)

• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills, comfortable working independently in a remote team

• Strong business understanding with the ability to connect SEO strategy to commercial goals

• Fluent in English

• Previous SEO experience in an iGaming company is a plus

• It is a big plus if you are a native speaker of one of the following languages: Bulgarian, Polish, Czech
