SEO/AEO Specialist -Bilingual ENG - SPN/POR

We’re looking for a hands-on SEO/AEO Specialist to manage and improve both organic search and AI search visibility, with a focus on local SEO, content optimization, and lead generation. This role will support multiple websites through technical SEO, content optimization, AEO, and ongoing search performance improvements.

This role is open to all candidates in the Philippines and all over Latin America.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage and execute SEO and AEO strategies to improve organic rankings, AI search visibility, traffic, and inbound leads
• Conduct technical SEO audits and implement fixes using WordPress, HTML/CSS, and SEO best practices
• Optimize site structure, headers, metadata, internal linking, page speed, and schema markup
• Create and optimize service, location, blog, and FAQ content based on keywords, search intent, and conversational queries
• Optimize content for AI-generated answers, featured snippets, FAQs, People Also Ask, and other search results
• Support local SEO efforts, including location pages and Google Business Profile optimization
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for content research, creation, and optimization
• Use tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or SurferSEO for keyword research, audits, competitor analysis, content optimization, and performance tracking
• Monitor SEO and AEO performance and identify opportunities to improve search visibility and inbound leads

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• At least 2 years of experience in SEO, AEO, or a similar role
• Strong hands-on experience with on-page and technical SEO
• Working knowledge of AEO and optimizing content for AI-powered search and answer engines
• Experience with local SEO, service-area and location-based websites
• Experience working directly in WordPress and familiarity with basic HTML/CSS
• Strong understanding of keywords, search intent, content structure, internal linking, and schema
• Experience using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or SurferSEO
• Comfortable using AI tools for content research, creation, and optimization
• Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
• Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer

Technical Requirements:

• Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
• Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
• Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
• Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
