🚀 Project Overview You will join a high-impact product design team focused on a comprehensive Career Sites platform that enables clients to create custom-branded career pages and showcase open job postings across parent and subsidiary brands. The primary goal of this role is to accelerate design throughput against the capability backlog, ensuring design deliverables seamlessly support sales-enablement motions and active client site rollouts. By creating net-new, accessible, and responsive components within a CMS-driven design system, you will directly drive the platform's expansion and capabilities.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Backlog Execution & Sequencing: Execute hands-on design work against the capability backlog, prioritizing initial work on Chatbot/conversational experiences and sequencing subsequent deliverables with Product Management.
• Modular Design System Creation: Build and extend scalable components for a modular design system in Figma (utilizing Auto Layout and component libraries), adhering strictly to CMS technical constraints.
• Core Page & Campaign Design: Design, refine, and ship key responsive web experiences across main careers landing pages, job boards, and custom campaign landing pages.
• Platform Architecture & Parity: Address cross-cutting platform needs, including multi-brand/subsidiary theming, SEO-aware layouts, and mobile-first responsive parity.
• AI-Assisted Workflow Integration: Leverage Claude, Claude Code, and modern AI-assisted tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, or Figma AI) to accelerate design exploration and component generation.
• Accessibility Compliance: Apply strict WCAG and ADA accessibility standards to ensure all design system components and shipped pages are fully compliant.

💡 Must-Have Skills

• Experience Level: 4+ years of professional product/UX design experience, with at least 2+ years specifically focused on building or maintaining a design system/component library.
• Core UX & Interaction: Strong interaction design foundation (beyond just visual/brand design) with proven experience shipping responsive, web-based marketing or product pages in live production environments.
• Figma & Tooling Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Figma, including expert command of component libraries, Auto Layout, variants, and responsive/mobile-first web design.
• CMS & Technical Constraints: Hands-on experience working within CMS environments (platform-agnostic) and a strong technical understanding of how content management constraints shape component architecture.
• AI Tooling Expertise: Experience working with Claude and Claude Code (exposure to other AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, or Figma AI is highly preferred).
• Accessibility Standards: Solid working knowledge of WCAG and ADA accessibility guidelines.
• Autonomous Execution: Strong ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and prioritize tasks across broad scopes in a remote-first setup.

• Marketing & Growth Design: Proven experience in landing page, campaign page, or marketing design.
• Domain Background: Background in B2B, enterprise SaaS, or e-commerce design.
• HR & Recruitment Tech: Familiarity with recruiting, HR technology, or sales-enablement client websites.
• Specialized UX: Direct experience with SEO-aware web design and Chatbot/conversational UX design.

🌐 Time Zone & Collaboration The role requires collaboration with teams aligned to Central Time (CT) and Eastern Time (EST). Flexibility to overlap with North America business hours is required in this remote-first setup.
