We're a team of passionate game developers building games that our players love: fun, social, and shareable with friends. We ship weekly to test new ideas with real players before investing in further development. You'll be a hands-on force across gameplay, backend, our evolving AI-assisted pipeline, and shipping live-service experiences that millions of players love.
Prototype new gameplay ideas and mechanics.
Implement UI end-to-end, from design to implementation to testing.
Engage in all aspects of game programming: Systems, UI / UX, APIs, internationalization and localization, optimization, and instrumentation.
Evaluate, integrate, and champion AI-assisted tools across the engineering workflow.
Build and iterate on weekly live-ops events, from concept to ship, collaborating with artists and other engineers.
Measure performance, fix bugs and implement improvements to existing functionality.
Work closely with artists to integrate new content into the game.
Mentor junior programmers.
Participate in internal game testing and feedback.
You’re adaptable: the job can change according to the needs at hand and requires wearing various hats.

5-8+ years of relevant Unity game development experience
Experience developing multiplayer games (Photon or other equivalent networking frameworks).
You’ve helped ship or have worked on three (3) or more games.
Deep C# and .NET knowledge (performance, async, threading, system design)
Strong knowledge of object oriented design patterns with C#/C++, 3D Vector math and data structures.
Experience developing backend services.
Expert practical knowledge of Unity Engine & Editor scripting API's.
Excellent problem-solving skills, resourceful, able to find solutions when needed.
Curiosity mindset towards using gen-ai in development, for coding and automating grunt-work.
Good understanding of modern graphics, shaders and asset pipeline.
Strong written, visual, and verbal English language communication and presentation skills.
Any of the following skills help you stand out.
Demonstrated success in a lead engineer position and management of scope.
Proficiency in C++, Python, Go, or TypeScript alongside C#.
Shipped your own game independently to Steam, mobile, or a VR platform.
Experience with 3D content tools (Blender, Maya, 3ds Max); a senior engineer who can work directly with assets is a force multiplier on a small team.
You’re good at polish and “game feel”.
Intimate knowledge of the VR Games ecosystem.
