Location: Remote CONUS with Travel
Clearance: Active Secret Clearance Required 

Position Overview

Clark Creative Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Training Workshop Facilitator to deliver training workshops, facilitate strategic planning sessions, and provide instruction to military and civilian senior leaders.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 7 years facilitating military training programs
  • Experience conducting workshops for senior leaders
  • Experience developing training materials
  • Experience providing formal instruction
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Facilitator
  • Joint Planner Course Instructor experience
  • National Guard training experience
