Role Overview

As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a critical role in supporting high-growth, high-performing organizations. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers at top-tier, fast-paced, and hyper-growth clients, helping them attract and hire exceptional technical talent that fuels rapid business expansion. Your work will have a direct impact on our clients’ ability to scale effectively and competitively.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers at high-growth and enterprise-level clients, deeply understanding their technical needs, growth goals, and hiring urgency.

  • Own and manage the full-cycle recruiting process in fast-paced, high-volume environments, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and close.

  • Proactively source and engage top-tier technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and market mapping.

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical, hard-to-fill technical roles within rapidly scaling teams.

  • Deliver an exceptional, inclusive candidate experience aligned with the standards of top-tier and hyper-growth organizations.

  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline health, candidate quality) and provide insights to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with Peoplepath’s recruiting team to continuously improve processes, share best practices, and support client success at scale.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical roles in fast-paced or high-growth environments.

  • Proven experience recruiting for top-tier clients, scale-ups, or hyper-growth companies, managing competing priorities and tight timelines.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers.

  • Strong ability to juggle multiple searches across different teams and clients simultaneously.

  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.

  • A data-driven approach, using KPIs and recruiting metrics to optimize outcomes.

  • A strong commitment to building diverse, equitable, and inclusive hiring processes.
