Senior Technical Project Manager, Product Development

Our Electronics Tech Center in Brasov focuses on the innovation, development and testing of electronic applications in the Safety area (Active Seatbelts & Steering Wheels), coordinating end-to-end projects. We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to join our Product Development area, in the Electronics and Mechatronics team, as we move towards the future of the automotive industry. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive the multidisciplinary activities in developing our technical products.

What will you do?

• Functional lead of the technical project from quotation phase, to concept phase and serial development

• Customer Technical Interface: responsible for aligning requirements with the stakeholders/suppliers

• Responsible for the requirements engineering & management in the project

• Responsible for System architecture, product and design definition and ensuring that product design meets all requirements

• Ensure configuration management of requirements and design artifacts in specific tools (e.g. DOORS, PTC)

• Drive technical part in new customer specific projects in quote phase

What will you bring?

• Education in Electronics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a similar field

• Background in Software, Hardware or System Engineering with exposure to technical product design (ECU)

• Knowledgeable in systems engineering, hardware, requirements engineering and project management

• Knowledge of embedded systems development of (V-cycle) and functional safety (ISO26262)

• Team player who likes to drive project groups, with a proactive approach and good project management skills
